Here is a collection of my favourite Argentinian recipes. Before going to visit Argentina in 2017, I had only had Argentinian food at restaurants in London and the US. Usually, I ordered the steaks and meat, and loved chimichurri sauce. When I actually went to Buenos Aires, the steaks were excellent. Surprisingly, the Italian food was also very good. And of course, any desserts with dulce de leche (caramel).
