Here is a collection of my favourite Jersey recipes, most of which utilise locally available ingredients such as dairy products. When I visited Jersey, I ate and enjoyed the local ice cream! And I also saw a lot of Jersey cows in the fields. However, I adapted the strawberry cake recipe to have a dairy-free version.
