Here is a collection of my favourite Peruvian recipes. Of course, ceviche is first on the list. The marinated, raw fish is a very popular fish originating from Peru. In fact, London has several restaurants that include the name Ceviche and serve mainly variations of it. The fish needs to be very fresh! Peru is also well-known for quinoa, corn and (maybe less popular) guinea pigs. While travelling in Peru, I found the ingredients very fresh and the food delicious!
