Here is a collection of my favourite Italian recipes. Italian food is popular around the world and it is one of my favourites! I have been to quite a few different areas of Italy, and there are regional specialties for the food and wine. For example, Napoli (Naples) is known for its pizza, Sardinia for seafood, Parma for its ham and of course parmesan. Also, Sicily has some of its own specialties and my friend Isabella has given me a few local recipes to try including Pasta alla Norma and Involtini (meat and cheese rolls). The list goes on and on. Over time, I will keep adding to this page. I have tried to make some more unusual Italian recipes, as well as the classics like focaccia and pasta carbonara.
