Here is a collection of my favourite Portuguese recipes. There are so many foods that I have enjoyed in Portugal and also the Azores Islands, part of Portugal. However, I am just starting to try making different Portuguese recipes. My Portuguese friend Ana recommended several recipes, all main dishes. She said that at home, they make these without recipes. Therefore she found and reviewed some recipes online for authenticity before sending them to me. One of my favourite desserts is Pastéis de nata, so I will definitely try to make those sometime.
