Here is a collection of my favourite Spanish recipes. One of my favourite parts about visiting Spain is for the food and wine. Each regions has its culinary specialties. Of course, the recipes do not always taste as good when you make them at home because of the freshness of ingredients. This is especially true of the tomatoes!
