Here is a collection of my favourite Philippines recipes. So far, these have come from the wonderful cookbook Kulinarya by Neil Oshima. When I asked my friend Dexter if he had any recommendations for Filipino recipes, he humorously reminded me that he doesn’t cook. However, a couple of weeks later I received a wonderful surprise in the post. He had sent me the Filipino cookbook, Kulinarya. I grew up eating Filipino food cooked by my dad’s colleague, and these flavours remind me of those times.
