Here is a collection of my favourite Puerto Rican recipes. So far, I have not visited Puerto Rico, although some of the Puerto Rican culture is present in the United States. This includes the tasty foods and I’ve seen a number of restaurants in New York. Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to sample much of the cuisine. Luckily, I received some recipes from a former colleague, for the sweet dishes. Next time I have the opportunity, I will try some other Puerto Rican foods then try to cook them!
