Here is a collection of my favourite Thai recipes. I’m lucky in London to have many excellent Thai restaurants to choose from. And when I went to Thailand, I tried many of the local dishes and we also did a cooking course in Chiang Mai. I’ll add recipes over time, as I make quite a lot of Thai dishes at home. In fact, it is easy to find most ingredients at the local Asian shops. And I can even “cheat” a little bit with pre-made curry pastes and sauces. Of course, the fully homemade version is even tastier! One of my favourite Thai chefs is Pailin Chongchitnant of Hot Thai Chef.
