Here is a collection of my favourite Russian recipes. When I travelled to Russia in 2015, I was able to try a lot of delicious and unusual foods. Probably the most surprising, was having bread with a small pot of fat instead of butter. Since then, I have had Russian food at restaurants in London, New York and other cities. I’ve also been lucky to receive some recipes from friends.
