While we were traveling around Mongolia, we stayed at a different Ger camp every night. This is a summary of our Ger Reviews, and comparisons between them. I’ve chosen the criteria that most differentiated the comfort at the Ger camps. Sometimes the facilities, such as availability of water and electricity, are very much related to how far the camps are from a large town. Also, even if the electricity was meant to be 24 hours, there were some power cuts.

However, one constant was that they all had good food, with meat and vegetarian options. The layout was also very similar, with a certain number of single beds inside each ger, usually three or four. And the toilets and showers are usually in another building. They were usually kept clean, with at least one worker responsible for cleaning them regularly. Almost all of them had toilet paper. However, sometimes there was no electricity.
